Weekly Coaching

This is our most popular option for members.

The coaching options are broken down into three different memberships:

1. Personalised Coaching (Training only)

2. Nutritional Coaching

3. Personalised Coaching + Nutrition Coaching

For any of the services you will complete a questionnaire to help us get to know more about you with details about your goals, current training level, dietary habits, history of training, nutrition and any current or previous injuries. From here we will then arrange a video or phone call to discuss this in further detail. We then take all this information to create a personalised coaching experience based off the option you choose.

Each week you will check in with your coach to provide feedback of the week, this will include video technique analysis, adjustments to your program or nutrition if needed, have any questions you have answered and most importantly, it helps to build the relationship between athlete & coach.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my program?

You will be sent a link to our online coaching platform which comes complete with an app, where you can access your program and nutrition. We can also share pictures, videos and track various metrics that we can compare over time.

 

How do we communicate?

You will have access to your coach via e-mail and through our coaching app. Monday to Friday we will respond to any questions within 24 hours.

 

How long will it take me to see results? 

This can vary from each individual depending on numerous factors such as training experience, training levels and many other factors. We have a minimum 3 month commitment policy as we believe this allows you & us, time to see results and to build the coach/athlete relationship.

 

How long does it take to get started?

After completing the assessment form and having a call with your coach, it will take between 2-5 days for your program to be set up. 

 

Can I follow the program at any gym?

Coaching is specific to you and what equipment you have available. We would say the minimum you require to maximise the results is to have access to a squat rack, barbell and dumbbells.

How many days per week do I need to train?

This is specific to you and your goals, however we believe it's hard to make any significant progress training less than 3 days per week.
