Our Powerlifting coaching begins by gathering information about you as a lifter, then having a video call to discuss this information in further detail. On the back of this information, we can then create a fully personalized program specific to your requirements.

It includes everything we can do to help you improve. We look at not only the short term, but long term plans of the athlete. We will review your lifting technique on a weekly basis, making any adjustments that are needed with both training & nutrition.

You will have regular contact with your coach via weekly check ins for you to provide & receive feedback on the week.

No matter your current strength level, you have us by your side every step of the way, whether you are new to powerlifting, a seasoned competitor or just wanting to get stronger.

We believe one of the key ingredients to the success of this coaching, is the relationship between coach & athlete.
